A Word From Our Owner
It's no surprise that Ridgecrest has a need for a faster, more reliable internet. For years our frustrations with the competing services have not generated a better internet. It has been my passion for some time to champion the implementation of the internet that Ridgecrest deserves. On Date XX, Cosner-Neipp began implementing infrastructure which connects the Ridgecrest area to the Digital 395. This connection gives Ridgecrest reliable access to a fiber optic backbone. This fiber optic backbone provides a world-class level of capacity for broadband internet, which allows us access to the best digital services in the country.
It has been an incredible undertaking to build a comprehensive infrastructure in the Ridgecrest area. On Date XX, we successfully transitioned into our beta stage offering service to strategically placed customers in order to prove our hypothesized service capabilities. I am happy to identify that it has thus far exceeded our already high standards of service delivery. We have found that our service is capable of successfully connecting our clients to the Digital 395 and providing the best service to our region.
We have been able to manage our network using health-monitored connections. For far too long we have waited for service to be restored, then called in to report an outage, then taken through a generic, scripted resolution path as to minimize the cost to the company. If a resolution did not occur, it could take days for a technician to show up during a window of inconvenience. Our health-monitored connections allow us to be proactive to connection outages. We are aware of user outages as they occur, and immediately respond via technician resolution.
On June 1st, we will begin full scale growth of our new customer base. This means you. During this timeframe, identified by the countdown below, we will be collecting sign ups from interested parties looking to be a part of this service. At that time, we will begin contacting early access signups for installation scheduling. Those who sign up now will be the first to receive this improved service. It has been an exciting ride so far. We look forward to having you join the most exciting service addition to the Ridgecrest area.
